I design programs and services from scratch, prepare pilots for scale, or redesign trusted favorites to meet the moment with innovation and fresh energy. I’ve built prototypes for tech for good products, accelerators and capacity building initiatives for nonprofits, CSR programs, curriculum and learning cohorts, grantmaking programs, and DEIB frameworks. The through line is the same regardless of sector: understanding who the program is actually for, what it needs to do for them, and how to build something the organization can sustain and grow.
