I work with organizations at moments of change: a new leader, a program expanding beyond its original model, or an opportunity to engage new donors and expand investor relationships. My growth strategy engagements focus on diagnosing where an organization actually is, clarifying where it wants to go, creating donor engagement strategies and campaigns, and building the internal assets, pitch, and systems to get there, leaving the team with more capacity than when I arrived.
